 General Terms and Conditions of Glam Training Camp 

Effective Date: 

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Glam Diamond Studio Limited (“Glam”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the participant (“Participants”, “you”, “your”). By registering for the Training Camp (as defined hereunder), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

1. Definitions 

1.1 “Participants” refer to any participant who successfully register for the Training Camp, including both local and Overseas Participants. 

1.2 “Overseas Participants” refers to any participant whose domicile is outside of Hong Kong. 

1.3 “Training Camp” refers to the list of events described in your registration confirmation.

2.1 The Training Camp is organized by Glam, with certain activities arranged through third-party service providers engaged by Glam. 

2.2 Registration can be completed online or in-person at the Studio of Glam. Please note that once the registration for the Training Camp is accepted, it is non-transferable and non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by Glam. 

2.3.2 Welcome lunch / drinks on Cruise Aqualuna 

2.3.3 A floating sound bath session at WM Hotel Hong Kong 

2.3.4 6 days 5 nights accommodation in Holiday Inn Express Hong Kong Kowloon CBD2 (optional) 

2.3.5 3 days 2 nights accommodation in WM Hotel Hong Kong Glam Diamond Studio Limited (Glam Training Camp)

2.5 The 14-hour pole dance classes with overseas instructors are the core event of Glam’s Training Camp (“Core Event”). All other activities/events of the Training Camp including but not limited to the Outsourced Activities are ancillary to the Core Event. 

2.3.6 Farewell tram party 

2.3.7 Other activities as stated on Glam’s Official Instagram accounts (glamaerialdance and glam.trainingclub) 

2.4 Among the activities/events listed in paragraph 2.3 hereinabove, Glam is the sole organizer for activities/events 2.3.1 and 2.3.3 only. Any other activities/events are organized by third party service providers and are regarded as outsourced activities (“Outsourced Activities”). 

2.6 All our Training Camps explicitly exclude airfare, airport transfers, travel insurance, visa application, meals and beverages that are not specifically included, and activities not explicitly included above. 

2.7 Participants can obtain information regarding the identity of third-party service providers from Glam upon written request. 

1. Glam’s Relationship with Third-Party Service Providers 3.1 Glam reserves the exclusive right to engage a range of third-party service providers for the provision of services at our sole discretion. All third-party service providers are classified as an independent contractor and not deemed an employee, agent or representative of Glam. 
2. 3.4 Glam accepts no responsibility for the Outsourced Activities and shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever arising from or related to the Outsourced Activities.

3.2 The selection, engagement, and termination of any third-party service providers shall be determined by Glam without the need for prior consent from the Participants. 

3.3 Glam does not guarantee uninterrupted or continued enjoyment to the Outsourced Activities. Participants acknowledge and understand that Glam is, at all materials times, not a co-organizer for any of the Outsourced Activities. Glam Diamond Studio Limited (Glam Training Camp)

1. Eligibility and Registration 4.3 All registrations are subject to acceptance by Glam at its sole discretion. 
2. 4.4 Participants will receive a confirmation email from Glam upon successful registration.

4.1 Participants must be 18 years old or above on the first day of Training Camp. 

4.2 Registration is complete only upon receipt of the completed registration form and the full payment to Glam. 

1. Payment terms 

5.1 Participants may secure their place either by paying the full Training Camp fees at the time of registration, or by making a non-refundable deposit at the time of registration. If Participants opt to pay a non-refundable deposit at the time of registration, the remaining balance must be paid in installments according to a schedule provided by Glam. 

5.2 Failure to pay any required installment by its due date may result in cancellation of your registration. 

5.3 We accept the following payment methods:

5.3.2 Credit card (Visa/Mastercard) 

5.4 All charges incidental to payment (e.g. bank charges) shall be borne by the Participant. 

5.5 Glam shall be responsible to make payments for all Outsourced Activities on behalf of the Participants. 

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy 

6.1 Glam will not accept refund requests for a Participant's absence from the Training Camp or any of its activities. Glam Diamond Studio Limited (Glam Training Camp)

6.2 If the Training Camp is cancelled due to Glam’s fault or insufficient registrations, Glam will notify the Participants via email or WhatsApp at least two (2) calendar months prior to the start date of the Training Camp. A full refund of all paid fees will be issued to the bank accounts details provided by the Participants for this purpose. The Participants acknowledge that their bank may impose processing fees for the refund transaction, which shall be borne by the Participants. 

6.3 The full refund shall be the sole remedy available to the Participants, and Glam shall not be liable for any other damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Participants as a result of the cancellation. 

6.4 If any of the activities/events other than the Core Event and accommodations is cancelled due to adverse weather or government recommendations, or other extreme conditions, make-up classes or sessions will not be arranged. No refunds will be issued for such cancellations of activities/events. 

6.5 If any of the third party service providers are unable to provide the agreed Outsourced Activities after the registration, Glam shall use its reasonable endeavour to engage other service providers to provide similar service to Participants. 

1. Insurance Coverage 

7.1 All Overseas Participants must have private travel insurance valid for the entire duration of their trip, with coverage from the time of departure until the return to their home country. The policy must cover medical expenses, emergency home evacuation, personal accident, third-party liability, cancellation or delay of flight, and loss of personal belongings. 

7.2 All travel insurance needs to be valid worldwide and cover the participant 24 hours a day and 7 days per week. 

7.3 In the event that any Overseas Participant fails to have valid travel insurance for the Training Camp, Glam shall not be responsible and/or liable for any of the incidents listed in paragraph 7.1 which should have been covered by travel insurance. 

7.4 Participants other than Overseas Participants are required to have Personal Accident Insurance valid for the entire duration of the Training Camp. The policy must cover accidental medical expenses and accidental death and disablement. Glam Diamond Studio Limited (Glam Training Camp)

1. Adverse Weather Arrangements 

8.1 Once Tropical Cyclone Warning No. 8 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory, all classes and activities will be cancelled immediately. 

8.2 If a Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory while Outsourced Activities or outdoor activities are already in progress, participants shall stay in safe places as advised by Glam and/or the responsible persons for the Outsourced Activities. 

8.3 If a Black Rainstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Warning No. 8 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory while an indoor class or activity is already in progress, the class or activity will continue as scheduled. 

8.4 When a Black Rainstorm Warning and Tropical Cyclone Warning No. 8 or above is lowered by Hong Kong Observatory, all scheduled classes will resume within 2 hours after such Warnings are lowered. However, whether the Outsourced Activities would resume is subject to the policies of the third-party service providers. 

8.5 In the event that any of the class(es) of the Core Event is affected by the adverse weather, Glam shall use reasonable endeavours to re-arrange the class(es), subject to the practical feasibility. 

1. Force Majeure 

9.1 Glam shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, public health emergencies, strikes, natural disasters, or government regulations. 

10 Passport and visa 

10.1 Participants are responsible for any entry formalities for entry to Hong Kong, such as passport and visa. If a visa is required for your nationality to enter Hong Kong, it is your responsibility to secure the appropriate visa before the Training Camp. Glam will not be responsible for any participant’s inability to attend the Training Camp due to visa-related issues. It is recommended that participants check the visa requirements well in advance and initiate the visa application process in a timely manner to ensure smooth travel arrangements. 11 Code of Conduct and Safety 11.1 You agree to follow all instructions from instructors and staff of Glam to ensure your safety and the safety of others. 

11.2 Glam reserves the right to remove any participant from the Training Camp without refund for dangerous, disruptive, or illegal behaviour. 

12 Liability Waiver 12.1 Pole dance and related activities involve inherent risks of physical injury. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume them. 

12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glam, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property, or any other consequential loss suffered by you during the Training Camp, except where such liability is due to our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. 

12.3 Glam will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever arising from or related to the Outsourced Activities. Participants shall claim against the relevant third party service providers solely and directly if necessary. 

13 Personal Data 13.1 Glam is committed to protecting your privacy. Please read the Privacy Policy Statement (https://www.glam.com.hk/en/terms) carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding how your personal information will be treated. 

13.2 By registering for the Training Camp, you consent to our collection and use of your Personal Data as described in the Privacy Policy Statement. 

14 Right of Amendment 14.1 We reserve the right to amend, update, or vary these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, where such changes are necessary for operational, legal, or safety reasons. Any significant changes will be posted on our official website.

Continued participation in the Training Camp following any such updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. 

15 Photography and film material 15.1 Glam and its instructors shall have the right to take photographs/video in the Training Camp and use them for marketing and promotional purposes. 

15.2 Photos/videos taken by the Participants can only be for personal use. Glam reserves the right to prohibit any participants from taking photos/videos in the event of disruptions during the Training Camp. 

16 Disputes and governing law 

16.1 Any complaints should first be addressed to staff of Glam at the destination so the issue can be solved. 

16.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Training Camp shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong. The Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong for the resolution of any disputes or claims arising from their participation in the Training Camp.
